We practice correct tree and shrub care. Not all trees and shrubs are pruned the same time of the season. Spring flowering plants need to be pruned after they bloom. Summer and Fall plants as well as Fruit bearing plants are pruned when dormant. As the seasons change, the trees and shrubs you so carefully selected to enhance the beauty and value of your home react to the stresses of temperature, moisture, drought, insects and disease and need to be sprayed and fed to maintain their health and resistance to insects and disease.
With Rowberry's Total Care Program, your trees and shrubs will benefit from deep root fertilizing and insect spraying to protect your ornaments. Our professional technicians can improve the growth and health of your landscape while protecting your investment. We offer a complete prune, spray and feed program and take the worry from you.
Micro injection treatments are available as an alternate to spraying for insects, diseases, nutrient treatments.
Ornamental Tree & Shrub Insect Control Program
- This program is up to five sprays which includes insect protection and deep root nourishment throughout the season. We treat for aphids, spider mites, box elder bugs, elm leaf beetles, leaf loppers on scrub oak and tent catipillers to name a few.
Tree & Shrub Prune Program
- We do not promote or support the topping. Our pruning program maintains the proper shape and structure to your landscape plants and prevents excessive reductions by infrequent pruning. Proper maintenance improves the flowering and fruiting of your ornaments and prevents damage to your valuable plants you so carefully selected.
Tree Removal & Stumping Program
- Rowberry's Arborist do not promote or support the topping of any tree. Our team is trained to ensure that your trees and shrubs are properly removed and family and property are protected during the entire process. When stumping it is mechanically ground going between 6-12 inches below the surface so there are no problem areas. It is generally not recommended to replant in the same area. Remaining debris is good for composting or mulching unless it is a pine tree. If you want fire wood tell our crew to leave it for you. We have a log splitter you can rent for large logs so talk with our crew at time of estimate.
