Basic Care Package:  Weekly mowing, string trimming, edging and blowing all concrete clean.  Weeds and Grass will be removed from pavement cracks.  Fertilization, weed and insect treatments can be included if you let us know.

Premium Care Package:  Includes all of the above PLUS weekly weeding and maintenance of all shrub and flower beds, pruning maintenance of all shrubs and hedges, core aeration and 5 applications of fertilizer. If you have mulch we will apply it neatly and evenly and even plant your flowers and shrubs.  Diseased plants or flowers will be removed immediately. We offer complete Spring and Fall clean up.  Sprinklers can be adjusted or repaired as need.  Let us maintain your property and free up your time.  With our total care package we totally customize it to your needs.

Lawn Aeration (recommended yearly)

Lawn aeration can be performed at any time but is usually done in early spring after the soil has warmed or during late fall when it is the best time to over-seed.  Since roots require oxygen to grow and to absorb nutrients and water, compacted soil has a negative impact on your lawn's ability to take in nutrients and water.  In addition, compacted soil makes for much slower root growth and contributes to thin or sparse lawns.  Lawn aeration helps to deter soil compaction and will keep your lawn looking its best at all times!

Lawn Thatching  (recommended if thatch is over 3/4 inch)

Lawn thatching is best done in the early spring before the new growth has begun, but is also effective in the fall time with over-seeding. Thatch is normal; however, an excessive amount of thatch is not good for the health of your lawn.  If the grass grows too thick, its roots tend to grow into the thatch rather than into the soil. Heavy mat of thatch is an ideal place for insects to lay their eggs and mature into damaging insects.  Thatch will bind fertilizer and other nutrients from reaching the roots which will restrict the water and air penetration to the soil needed for a healthier lawn.
